BOPP doesn't launch my bank app even though it's installed on my phone
There might be a few reasons why your bank app isn't launched. Here is what you could try:
- Please check if you have the latest version of the bank app installed. You can do this by searching for your bank app in Google Play or Apple Store and see if there are any updates available.
- If you're using a non-Chrome browser (like Samsung browser or Firefox browser), they might force the user to stay in the browser journey only. A fix could be to enable the "Open links in native app" setting in these browsers or use Chrome as a default browser as it works best.
