Can I cancel a payment made with BOPP?
As a payer you can only cancel the BOPP payment process before you authorise within your bank app. Once you, as a payer, confirm within your bank account you have authorised your bank to send the money to the payee (the recipient). However, you can contact the recipient (e.g. merchant) and ask for a refund.
A payee may cancel a payment request, but only if the payer has not yet paid.
