I have lost my phone with my BOPP app. How do I recover it on my new device? / How do I access my BOPP app from a new phone?

If you want to continue using BOPP on a new device, install it from App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) and add the same bank account and email address as you used initially.  Please note that your transaction history is stored on your device only, so your previous transactions will not be available on the new device.
