I just tried to add my bank account but it failed, what can I do?
In cases like this we often find that this is due to users having an old version of their bank application installed on their phone. If you could simply visit the app store on your phone and ensure that there is no update available for your bank application - once your bank app is ungraded please re-launch the BOPP application and try adding your bank account again.
If you're an iPhone user and you have just installed the BOPP app, please uninstall the app and try again.
