My payment failed or was declined. What do I do?

There are several reasons why your payment can be declined in BOPP app. You can see the exact explanation in the app, but here are the possible reasons:

1. Your payee’s BOPP account is blocked and they cannot accept payments. Please contact your payee if this is the case.
2. The QR code you’re scanning or the payment link you’ve received is invalid. It might be a QR code that doesn’t belong to BOPP, is already used or expired.
3. Your bank is currently unavailable. Please wait and try again later.
4. The payee might have cancelled the payment request.
5. Your bank may have placed a restriction on your account. Please call your bank about this.
