BOPP allows you to pay others by scanning a BOPP QR code they generate. In order for BOPP to be able to do this the app needs access to your camera.

Alternatively you could scan a BOPP QR code using your existing QR code scanner on your phone, which with most phones is the pre-loaded camera app.
