No. If you send the payer (your customer) a paylink they simply need to click on the paylink. Or they can scan your BOPP QR code using their phone scanner (e.g. camera).

As long as your customer has a UK bank account and uses a mobile banking app on their phone they can make payment to you immediately using BOPP.
