I should be receiving money via BOPP. When will I see it in my bank account?
The time it takes to process a payment request on the bank side depends on the bank. BOPP - bank connection should not take more than a couple of seconds. If you experience any delays, please contact your bank or BOPP for troubleshooting.
Will I be charged for receiving money?
If you are a personal user you will not be charged as long as your usage falls within the ranges set out in our fair usage policy. Business users will be charged according to the subscription they have signed up for.
