Choose ‘PIN Protection’ in the menu and select ‘Change PIN’ there.
How can I change the bank account associated with BOPP?
You can do this by going into the application, choosing the menu and selecting bank account. From this page you will be able to remove the existing account and add a new one.
I’m getting an error message when I enter my PIN. What do I do?
Please make sure you are entering the correct PIN. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the BOPP app and setting a new PIN. Don’t be alarmed, your data cannot be compromised this way. Your money stays safe with your bank.
Can I request my BOPP transaction history if I have deleted the BOPP app from my phone?
No you cannot, your transaction details are only stored local to your device and when you delete the app you are deleting the details.
If I delete my BOPP app, what happens to my data?
Your data is stored local to your device, so when you delete the app the data will also be deleted.
