Why is Coutts not available in the list of banks?
Unfortunately, the way Coutts have implemented Open Banking currently makes it impossible for us to offer them as a connected bank. We will add them to the list as soon as things change.
Why is my bank listed as temporarily unavailable?
If your bank is listed as unavailable, it means that currently they are experiencing connectivity issues. It might last from 30 minutes to a few hours. Once the bank makes itself available again, you'll be able to use it to make payments.
Why is my bank not on the list when I try to pay or add a bank account?
