What should I do if the BOPP payment link / QR code that I’ve received isn’t working?
The link/code might be invalid or expired. Please contact your payee and ask them to provide a new payment link / QR code.
How will I know if someone has requested a payment from me?
They will send you a payment request directly. They might send you a BOPP Paylink via email or messenger app (e.g. Whatsapp), or they may show you a QR Code if you are standing next to them.
Who can I pay?
You can pay to any UK bank account as long as the account holder has connected it to BOPP. It can be a person, a business or a charity.
How can I donate money to a charity via BOPP?
If a charity is using BOPP then you can donate money, you simply need to respond to their pay request.
